The RODOS Center will naturally guarantee and warrant the performance of the systems, applications and technologies developed. It will also be in a position to provide those other services required in order to assure the seamless deployment and problem-free operation of its solutions in the Czech Republic as well as in other countries. The following are among the anticipated services to be provided:
- Systems operation – a comprehensive service including the startup and ongoing operation of traffic control systems in a given locality
- Software update service – ongoing updates of all software components that are part of the traffic control system
- Software upgrade service – installation of the latest version of applications, which are incorporated into the functionality of a traffic control system
- Technology upgrade – the replacement of or an addition of new technology based on the latest equipment available on global markets
- Service Desk and helpdesk service – a comprehensive information helpdesk and customer support service for users, together with the ability to intervene in the event of outages or the occurrence of other problematic or non-standard situations
- Preventive maintenance – regular service calls to make sure systems are able to operate as intended without breakdowns or outages
- Remote supervision – externally handled, detailed monitoring of all system components to anticipate and prevent any possible problems either in advance or with the ability to resolve or rectify them in the shortest time possible
- Data services – fast and reliable high-capacity data transfer capabilities between all sub-systems
- Consulting services – consulting and advisory services, which are available before, during and after the implementation of a traffic control system solution
